This is a used-car dealership, so there are certain 'methods' I encountered, that I was prepared for; namely a surcharge for paying cash and a certification fee, and I can't say those fees are hidden, as they are stated everywhere. The parking was a little tight as it was very busy on the Saturday I arrived (I'm told Fridays are slow), but beyond that I did end up buying my 'new' car from Nakita, who had very quickly responded to my AutoTrader inquiry. He had terrific product knowledge and made me feel like he was there for me every step of the way. Payment and pick up were well organized and Nakita was able to review the complexities of my vehicle with no rush and no fuss. They have a clean showroom and a ton of beautiful cars. If they have what you want, I would recommend them. I felt like they do this a lot and have it down to a fine science.
