I got the opportunity to work with Desmond and Alyssa. Desmond was the one that first reached out to me about the car I was looking at and told me to come in abd take a look at the car we had a little talk and there was some questions that he couldn't answer and alyssa was is supervisor that came in to help. By far had the best experience between both of them. Even tho Desmond wasn't able to answer all my question very driven, down to earth and a kinda person didn't rush or pressure you to try to buy the vehicle and for alyssa 10/10 definitely i would say if you go to favorit motors the go to person to talk to knowledgeable, understanding, polite, no pressure, let's you know everything when doing the purchase before and after, won't hide nothing for you and for her age amazing at her job I picked up my 2024 vw taos with ease with these 2 and if I have to purchase another car im coming right back to alyssa thank you again for everything
